The Seattle Times reported last Friday, that Dawna Lentz, the manager of a Sub Sandwich shop, kept the restaurant operating for about three months after the franchise owner vanished.

I don't know whether the Quiznos restaurant chain realizes what a gem they have in Dawna Lentz, but if they don't someone is going to hire this woman away from them.

The amount of leadership, initiative, and determination that this 25 year old lady displayed is absolutely amazing.

Among other things, she would drive to discount grocers to buy lunch meat. She also would go to other Quiznos restaurants to buy the special Quiznos bread. She posted signs on the restaurant windows to keep the customers informed as to what products could no longer be sold due to a lack of inventory.
